The word Esperanza literally means “to give hope to” and is the basis of Faith which is rooted in Hope and Love. When we accept the amazing offer of a personal and deep relationship with Jesus we are asked to cast all our cares on Him as He exchanges death for life in miraculous ways. Although we may not fully grasp the meaning, depth or breadth of what God did for us in coming to earth as a man, His love for us and sacrifice on our behalf can be summed up in the words of John 3:16 and 17:

16 For God expressed His love for the world in this way: He gave His only Son so that whoever believes in Him will not face everlasting destruction, but will have everlasting life. 17 Here’s the point. God didn’t send His Son into the world to judge it; instead, He is here to rescue a world headed toward certain destruction.

The Voice

Our purpose is to impart the love of Christ to a world that is, indeed, headed toward certain destruction without His saving grace. For those who have been traumatized, wounded or discouraged we offer hope through a profoundly personal and loving relationship with Jesus through His Holy Spirit. This is the true Esperanza: eternal life that begins at the point of our salvation and carries on throughout eternity.
